Becky & Joe Robertson of Andover, MN
Looking back, now that the project is completed, I realize how fortunate we were that Tomco was the
company that my husband chose to work with. Given our specific circumstances (baby on the way) it
would have been easy for a contractor to walk in and take advantage of our lack of knowledge and
understanding of the overall process of construction. Yet, at every crossroad, Tom took the time
to educate us on the process and the products that he used. His unwavering professionalism and
moral conduct exceeded our expectations and allowed us to place our trust in him as an individual
and the company as a whole.
Daily, we could expect to see people on site. When and if there were problems, such as rain
when we did not need it, help was a phone call away, day or night. The response time was
nothing short of exceptional. The sub-contractors that Tom utilized on our site were fun,
yet professional. There was never a time that I felt uncomfortable with them in my home or
around my children. The work that these men demonstrated showed an unmistakable pride and
love for what they were doing. Additionally, the overall cleanliness and safety of the job
site was outstanding.
Without a doubt in my mind, we would use Tomco Company for any future work in our home.
Even after the project was completed, Tom was there to confirm that we were pleased with
the end results. When we first hired Tomco Company it was our understanding that we were
hiring a man and his company. We were hoping not to be one of those nightmare stories that
we all hear about. To our surprise, we hired someone who was more than just another
contractor. We hired Tom, the rare individual who is willing to stand up for and behind
what he believes in, professionalism, pride in his work and his products, mutual respect
and trust.
